Hi! The only components I would not freeze are the eggs and avocado. Everything else will be ok. With freezing, you’re adding ice crystals that when the meal is thawed, may produce some extra moisture, so just be aware. I’m thrilled you’re excited to try this recipe!

I was just confused by one thing. The recipe says it serves 6 but it seems to make 4 servings? Is there something I misunderstood? Anyway, thanks for the delicious recipe!
