Instructions
Combine the cake mix, pumpkin pie spice, water, and oil in a mug using a fork or whisk. Whisk until slightly thickened, about 30 seconds.
Microwave for 70 seconds. Your microwave may take more or less minutes.
When finished cooking, allow the mug cake to cool for about 5 minutes, or longer, at room temperature. Top with whipped cream, ice cream, and/or caramel and enjoy!
